Issues and how to solve:
Q: Having a problem to replace the Info.plist?
A: Stop trying to replace, just copy the Boot Camp app to another location, then you open the package, the contents folder, replace the Info.plist and use this app, not the original Mac's app.
Q: The Boot Camp now shows the option to choose the ISO but I can't make progress with Win10.
A: Open the Info.plist inside the Boot Camp package, find the SupporedNonWin10Models entry, look for the string that point to your device model and remove it.
Worked for me in 2018 :O
