how to fix bootrec /fixboot access is denied error [SOLVED WORKING AND EXPLAINED]

so i had the same problem today and searched till the end of the world and discovered the solutions :p!!

in brief:
==ON DISKPART==
– assign any alphabet between M-Z to the EFI boot partition its generally of 260MB
– then enter the exact command: set id=ebd0a0a2-b9e5-4433-87c0-68b6b72699c7
– unhide the EFI partition with command: attrib vol clear hidden

after going through the above steps the just go through what the other’s said it will work fine!!
