How to boot Windows XP in Safe Mode

I just get a continous beeping when pressing f8 can anyone help please??

I don't even have windows on this hard drive. No videos are working. The hard drive has been data recovered but hopefully I can get it working.

I have a problem with mine, when i click on safe mode it just says a coding but freezes directly after it, then whenever I try clicking onto another option such as, "Use the last know good configuration" or Start windows normally, it brings me to a crash screen and automatically restarts my computer. :<
