Frist we know, What is BOOTMGR?
BOOTMGR(Windows Boot Manager), a very small software in your boot volume, can read your boot configuration data and display the Windows system selection menu. It is fully responsible and essential for starting your computer’s operating system.

How do I solve this problem?
There are many reasons for this problem.Like, boot priority, windows media, startup problem etc. I give you different solutions step by step for you to try. You may not have to try them all.Any one method try, if works, than ok.or not work try anther method.
