    Day 2 : need water looks at stomach no results
    Day 3 : this isn’t this bad a little bit of fat has gone
    Day 4 : stomach slowly losing fat

I did this workout now 29 days and my elbow became black that's my problem now but when I saw the result I said to myself never mind lol before doing this workout i was 62 kg and now I'm 58 kg at first I want to give up but when my bf told me I'm fat and stomach big so I keep pushing and I'm happy with the result.   7. I'm the comment you're looking for. Yes, this does give good results. I started off with a waist of 26" and I'm still on my 4th day of doing this but I already lost 0.5"! I'm also doing Alexis Ren's workout prior to doing this and I drink ACV before meals to help with my metabolism! Pain is temporary guys! We can do this!
