Please follow the instruction.

If your mobile on than connect USB.

1. Open Root Script cmd
2. press ” 5 ” and mobile automatically goes to Bootloader mode ( Make sure if you want to do TWRP you must Unlock your Bootloader first )
3. press ” 1 ” and enter to check connected
4. Press “2” and enter to check Fastboot devices
5. Press ” 11 ” Flash TWRP
6. Press Mobile Volume down button first than Press ” 8 ” and enter that will go to TWRP .

You can update it there is UpdateFile folder inside Update.zip. Paste this on your mobile internal memory and flash it through TWRP ( Volume Down + Power ) Install.
