7: Insert responsive images in Bootstrap 3 – Learn Bootstrap 3 front-end programming

Insert responsive images in Bootstrap – Learn Bootstrap front-end programming. In this video we will learn how to make images responsive in bootstrap, and how to make image galleries.

mmtuts is a YouTube channel that focuses on teaching beginner and advanced courses in various multimedia related skills.
We plan to make tutorials available on programming, video production, animation, graphic design, and on software such as the Adobe Creative Cloud programs.

Bootstrap for beginners is a how to series that teaches Bootstrap to people who are just starting out learning programming. The course teaches how Bootstrap can be made easy and teaches how to build responsive web designs and much more. Creating responsive websites with Bootstrap is easy and should not be seen as otherwise, which is why we want to explain the language in a easy to understand way for beginners.

If you have suggestions on new courses, or specific lessons within existing courses you would like to see, then feel welcome to submit them in the comment section or in a private message. ALL suggestions will be seen, but not all will be replied to since we get quite a few every day.

  3. OKAY. F.Y.I. > I've literally been searching documentations and articles and… the code he has is wrong in bootstrap 4. In bootstrap 3, this may work. In BOOTSTRAP 4, if you are having trouble getting 3 images side-by-side, there are a few things you need to do.

    Firstly, TURN OFF img-fluid, get rid of it!
    Secondly, you MUST nest a row WITHIN a container, not the other way around.  It should look like this

    <div class="container">
        <div class="row">

    Hopefully that helped 🙂

    These are fantastic videos, by the way. You're really challenging me to grow.

    If anyone else may find this useful, this article written on freecodecamp is where I finally ended up and solved the problem. I kid you not, I've been trying to figure this ONE problem out for almost 5 hours.

  4. F.Y.I. The class "img-responsive" is "img-fluid", the class "img-rounded" is "rounded", and the class "img-circle" is "rounded-circle" in Bootstrap 4.
